Shocking moment teen ploughs into school kids after jumping red light in Russia

CCTV captured the moment a teenage driver ploughed into school children on a pedestrian crossing. The incident took place in Vyksa, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Russia after the motorist jumped a red light. Three of the four victims are still in hospital.
