Dorries: 'Licence fee an unfair method of funding the BBC'

Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Secretary Nadine Dorries has continued her assault on the BBC licence fee, announcing plans to review the organisation's funding model whilst admitting personally that she finds the fee unfair.
