Lindsay Hoyle talks about drinking culture at Parliament but would not close bar

The Speaker of the House of Commons revealed on an interview with Times Radio that he is concerned about drinking some habits at parliament, conceding that there is an element of loneliness among some MPs. However he wouldn't close the bar.
