Tuchel says Chelsea are losing players as City and Liverpool strengthen squads

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel says his squad are losing players while rivals Manchester City and Liverpool have only grown stronger with new recent signings. During a pre match press conferance, he made reference to the signings of Diaz and Haaland.
