Police guard scene of stand collapse at Major Generals Review event

Footage shows a police officer guarding a stand which collapsed during the Major Generals Review event in Horse Guards Parade, London. The incident took place in front of a crowd of 'shocked' onlookers who had gathered to watch the event .
