Police presence outside the Qatar Embassy in Paris after security guard killed

One person has been arrested as suspect in the killing of security guard at Qatar's Embassy in Paris, in the early hours of this Monday. It is reported the attacker suffered from Psychiatric problems was high on cocaine.
