Ofgem Chief Executive Jonathan Brearley says: 'expecting price cap of £2,800'

The Chief Executive of Ofgem has said apologised for the hike in energy prices. When speaking to the Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Committee he said: 'we are expecting an energy price gap of £2,800 in October'.
