Eustice: 'the Prime Minister didn't regard them as parties'

With Kay Burley, MP George Eustice was asked if he felt as if the PM will stay in stay in post, even though he mislead parliament. To which he responded, the PM 'didn't regard them as parties and didn't regard them as breaking the rules'.
