Jim Shannon breaks down in tears calling for justice for cousin murdered by IRA

A DUP MP broke down in tears last night as he called for justice for his cousin and others who were murdered by the IRA during the Troubles. Jim Shannon was overcome with emotion as he recalled what happened to Kenneth Smyth.
