Dramatic moment neighbor saves drowning four-year-old who fell into pool

Autistic four-year-old Xavier Rigney was saved by quick-thinking neighbor Tom Westerhaus who was alerted to the problem by his son Maddox at their Lawrence, Kansas apartment block.
