Chloe Sims refused to board the tube ahead of London night out with Frankie

TOWIE stars Chloe and Frankie Sims travelled into central London ahead of a night out, meeting their sister Demi by surprise at Liverpool Street station. They tried to board the tube but Chloe refused to get on, so took a taxi instead.
