RMT union threatening strikes yet to negotiate with rail bosses

Mick Lynch, head of the Rail, Maritime and Transport Union, has threatened to bring Britain's railways to a standstill over pay and lack of investment, yet admitted to Andrew Neil that he has not begun negotiations with rail bosses.
