Tory MP Bob Neil : PM's partygate explanations are 'not acceptable'

Tory MP Bob Neil says he doesn't find the PM's explanations for partygate credible and believes 'rules had been broken over a period of some months'. He added that it was clear to him there was a 'culture of not keeping to the rules'.
