Paul Collingwood: 'Things aren't just going to change overnight'

Assistant coach Paul Collingwood admits England's attempts to enter a new era remained a work in progress after Zealand seized control on day two of the Lord's Test. He adds, 'we knew that things aren't just going to change overnight straight away'.
