Police arrest fugitive Dutch 'pedophile', Nelson Maatman, in Mexico City

Fugitive Dutch, Nelson Maatman, leader of an international association of pedophiles, was arrested in the vicinity of Bosque de Chapultepec by the Investigative Police of the Attorney General's Office of Mexico City on child pornography charges.
