Moment Berlin car crash suspect arrested after ploughing vehicle into shoppers

Police say a 29-year-old German-Armenian man with joint citizenship who had been living in Berlin drove a silver Renault into people on Tauentzienstrausse, a street packed with shops and cafes that is overlooked by Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church.
