Burglar admits to stealing car on dashcam footage before crashing it

Kevin Moss was handed a suspended sentence after pleading guilty to burglary and aggravated vehicle taking, with dashcam footage showing him admitting to stealing a car as he took it for a joyride, before later crashing the vehicle into a wall.
