Tony Blair to be met by protesters at Windsor for Order of Garter award by Queen

The controversial former Prime Minister, Tony Blair, is to receive the Order of Garter, a prestigious royal order of chivalry, by Her Majesty the Queen. But he will be met by a crowd of protestors from anti-war groups who oppose the Iraq war.
