Former Lib Dems Cllr discusses downside of Whitby vote to ban second homeowners

Former Liberal Democrats Councillor Rabina Khan says if Whitby residents' vote to ban second home owners came into effect, it could cause current property owners unable to sell their homes, unless they find another local willing to buy.
