EasyJet COO: 'Delays in references adding four weeks to hiring process'

EasyJet's Chief Operating Officer Sophie Dekkers explained that a major cause of their flight delays and cancellations is due to delays in references adding four weeks to the time taken for prospective cabin crew to receive security passes.
