Grenfell remembered: Kate and William appear at vigil for the 72 dead

Five years after the horrific tragedy of the Grenfell Tower fire, a memorial service and vigil were held to mark the anniversary. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made an unexpected appearance at the latter, laying a wreath to pay their respects.
