Putin accuses the West of 'Russophobia' in combative speech

Russian president Vladimir Putin accused the West of treating other countries like 'colonies' and spreading 'Russophobia', warning that 'northing will be as it used to' as he delivered a speech at the St Petersburg Economic Forum.
