Couple who parked on a no parking zone slipway return to see car underwater

Two kayaking couples who ignored a 'no parking' sign, returned to see their cars submerged in water when the tide came in. The group who avoided the £12 per day public car parks, wanted to get as close to the water's edge in Exmouth, Devon.
