Congestion charge should be dropped on rail strike days, says minister

Government Minister Paul Scully has appealed to London Mayor Sadiq Khan to lift the congestion charge and stop non-essential roadworks on rail strike days. Scully said that the London Mayor should do all possible to ease the journey for commuters.
