Heathrow chaos as 'glitch' causes enormous luggage pile-up

Passengers are taking to social media the situation at Heathrow airport where suitcases literally occupy large parts of the arrivals terminal. This video shows a fortunate couple who did retrieve their luggage, but many others were not so lucky.
