Red Cross calls controversial Rwanda scheme 'morally unbearable'

President of the International Federation of Red Cross Francesco Rocca called the government's Rwanda deportation scheme 'morally unbearable', hoping for a 'more dignified solution' to the increasing number of asylum seekers arriving to the UK.
