Zelensky says military situation in Luhansk is 'the toughest'

Ukraine's president Zelensky told the nation the military situation in Luhansk remains 'the toughest' while there is also 'serious pressure' on Donetsk as Russia has been stepping up its offensive in the eastern regions of Ukraine.
