EasyJet customers claim they were trapped in sweltering airport tunnel in Italy

EasyJet customers claimed they were locked in a tunnel corridor at Pisa airport, Italy, in sweltering heat without water or access to toilets. Holidaymakers were locked in the tunnel only to find out their flight had been cancelled.
