UK government migrant funding is still being calculated depending on numbers

A Rwandan government spokesman appeared on Peston to discuss the migrant scheme. Yolande Makolo revealed the UK government has given an initial investment of £120 million and the rest fo the funding is still being worked out depending on numbers.
