Boris 'not going to pretend' by-election losses are 'brilliant results'

In a press conference at the Commonwealth summit in Rwanda, the PM said he would 'listen and learn' following disastrous losses for the Conservatives in Tiverton and Wakefield which led to party chair Oliver Dowden walking out.
