Boris Johnson thanks the Commonwealth as UK hands over chair role to Rwanda

Prime Minister Boris Johnson thanked 'every Commonwealth member' as the UK's tenure as chair in office of the association drew to a close today, with the role being passed on to Rwanda and their President Paul Kagame.
