'We work within international law', says Brandon Lewis on steel tariffs

Brandon Lewis said it is 'right' the Government looks to get the correct 'balance' when it comes to trade. The Northern Ireland Secretary was asked if ministers are contemplating imposing steel tariffs which may be deemed illegal.
