Former PM Sir John Major tells inquiry infected victims had incredibly bad luck

Sir John Major said today at an inquiry that thousands of infected blood victims suffered 'incredibly bad luck'. Up to 30,000 people were infected with HIV or Hepatitis C from contaminated blood.
