Moment police apprehend man guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting victims

Moment Thames Valley Police apprehend Luiz Da Silva Neto, who spiked the drinks of his victims with a stupefying drug and then sexually assaulted them, knowing they were in no position to consent. He has been found guilty by Oxford Crown Court.
