Chinese President Xi and his wife leave Hong Kong after rare visit to the city

Chinese President Xi Jinping left Hong Kong after concluding his rare visit to the city. Xi swore in the city's new leader, John Lee. Holding flowers and flags of the two states, elementary school children sang as Xi departed from the city.
