Bromley fire: Smoke billows from top of apartments as firefighters tackle blaze

The London Fire Brigade has rushed to the scene of the fire which started in Bromley, south London. Footage shows smoke billowing from the top of an apartment block by St Mark's Square in the residential area. Firefighters fight the blaze.
