Belgorod, Russia is targeted by missile as residents capture moment of explosion

At least three are dead and homes are destroyed after a missile hit the town of Belgorod in Russia. Video filmed by local residents captures the moment of the airstrike allegedly by Ukraine, however official sources are yet to confirm.
