Newly appointed education minister makes rude gesture outside 10 Downing Street

Tory MP for Morley and Outwood stuck has been labelled as appalling for sticking her middle finger up at the public as she entered the gates of 10 Downing Street. All this took place to being named education minister on Thursday.
