Prime Minister hopeful Jeremy Hunt promises to 'cut all taxes' if he wins

Tory leadership candidate Jeremy Hunt says he wants to 'cut all taxes' and that reducing Government department running costs is 'something that should always be looked at'. The former foreign secretary, has proposed cutting corporation tax to 15%.
