Woman sets up 'chavvy' swimming pool outside her council estate flat

TikTok user Jackie Ellen Bielby set up a small swimming pool in front of her house on a council estate. Despite calling it 'chavvy', she revealed that her neighbours helped fill it with water and that 'all the kids' will be allowed to use it.
