Steve Baker says leadership race is 'inconvenient' and 'tormenting the public'

Tory MP Steve Baker has said on ITV's Peston that the current Conservative leadership election is "extremely inconvenient", but says Boris Johnson had to go following the collapse of his government. Baker is backing Suella Braverman in the contest.
