Range Rover driver penalised for passing cyclist 'extremely carelessly'

Barry Anthony Field, from The Butts in Warwickshire, has been fined £500 and received three points on his licence, incurred £620 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £50 victim surcharge, after an 'extremely careless' overtake.
