Good advice on a hot day, stay cool, hydrated, and take care infants and elderly

Conservative MP Kit Malthouse has very good advice to offer as after chairing a COBRA meeting due to the heatwave. Malthouse was on Sky News advising everybody to stay hydrated and cool and crucially to take care and check on elderly and infants.
