Shocking video of police assaulting a restrained black man in Eastbourne bus

A new video circulating on social media shows a black male, restrained on an Eastbourne bus floor, being assaulted by the police. You can hear the black man complaining and screaming in pain. Sussex Police has announced an investigation.
