Mexico President says 'Navy' arrested drug lord Caro Quintero, not the DEA.

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) had no direct involvement in the Mexican Navy's detention of Mexican drug lord Rafael Caro Quintero, Mexico's President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrado. Pbrado stated the Navy carried out the arrest.
