Polar bear pleads for human help after getting tin can stuck around its tongue

An emaciated polar bear roaming in the Arctic settlement of Dikson, Russia, has pleaded for human help after getting a tin can wedged deep around its tongue, stopping it from eating. Polar bears would never normally approach humans in this way.
