Grandmother of slain seven-year-old says 'ACS failed her' returning her to mom.

The grandmother, Yolanda Davis and her son Julius Batties fought fiercely to maintain custody of a seven-year-old girl who was killed last year. Davis says her granddaughter never should have been returned to her mother after she had two black eyes.
