Dramatic moment schoolboy drifting on inflatable dinghy lost at sea is rescued

Dramatic footage shows the moment a young schoolboy was rescued by the RNLI after being blown more than a mile out to sea. The 11-year-old was at the beach with his family near Dungeness, Kent. He was in a dinghy at sea when he was blown offshore.
