Russia strikes port of Odesa hours after signing deal to protect food supplies

Russian missiles hit Ukrainian port city Odesa just hours after the countries signed a deal securing the safe passage of gain out of the country. Kalibr cruise missiles rained down on the Black Sea docklands, residents' footage showed.
