Horse riders on a carriage discover no 'ride-through' allowed at this McDonald's

Bizarre moment when two men riding on a horse-carriage were refused service at a McDonald's drive through due to fire and safety reasons. The horse riders filed a complaint and did eventually get a burger, but thanks to a bystander's help.
